Organisational Structure

The Board’s decisions are administered by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with the support of a growing  and dedicated professional team of managers and staff.  Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO manages the day to day operations of the Larrakia Nation. 

The Larrakia Nation is committed to building the professional capacity of Larrakia and other Indigenous peoples towards achieving genuine self-determination, self-management and a Larrakia-led sustainable future.  We employ more than 70 staff members, of which around 60% are Indigenous.  More than half of our management positions are occupied by Larrakia and other Indigenous peoples.
